Here at Grumpy Bug Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you find yourself in a position where you are not satisfied with your Grumpy Bug purchase, we offer refunds, returns, and exchanges in alignment with Australian Consumer Law outlined in the following policy.
A refund or return on a Grumpy Bug Ent. product may be issued under the circumstances of:
• Proof of purchase - order confirmation receipt (email)/bank statement within the last 30 days
• The product is not as ordered, faulty or damaged from production/shipping – in these proven cases, we include (pay for) shipping costs in the refund procedure.
An Exchange may be issued under the circumstance of:
• Change of mind - if the customer exchanges for a product of equal or greater value and returns their product through Australia Post at their own expense and within 7 days of receipt. Customer must contact us prior to return for agreement. All exchange goods must be returned in unworn and as-new condition, with tags and labels still attached.

Please outline your product with its proof of purchase, reason for return/exchange and contact details. We will get back to you personally within at least 5 business days with information and instructions on how to move through the process. We appreciate and value your custom.
